This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'The Claw' costume creator:
Hank our 2month son is sitting comfortably in his car seat which is clicked into his stroller. It’s built with tri-board and most items from the dollar store or Salvation Army. I found the idea on Pinterest. I think of it and the husband builds it.
