This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chelsea, the 'The Curious Case of Chloe' costume creator:
My 9 month old daughter Chloe as a 90 year old woman. I made the wig and my boyfriend made her walker. The wig is cotton balls on a beanie hat. The walker is PVC! Her glasses were glued to the beads :)
