This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dianne, the 'The Flintstones' costume creator:
Gus the Frenchie is playing Fred, Harley the frenchie is playing Pebbles and Blue the Pomeranian is playing Wilma. Since I have several dogs, I wanted to come up with a theme that has a group of characters. The Flintstones fit. The costumes are made up of different fleece material. The Flintstone car is make up of 2'by 3' 1/2 inch ply wood with 1'by4' wood for the sides. the canopy is made of covered pvc 1/2' piping covered with pool noodles. White felt covers canopy. the wheels are made up of 1/2in foam rolled to make a love wheel. Car sits on top of a hand truck/dolly.
