This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'The Funny Farm and a Wolf' costume creator:
The wolf is 6 yr old Ty our little lamb is 3yr old Reuben the little chicken is 2 ur old Idabella (homemade costume)and Nancy (mom) is a farmer
Chicken costume was made w 2 large tshirts sown together (around neck line, arm holes and then at the bottom)and then stuffed w cotton filling. Make sure it’s in the arms too. Adjust to child’s size. Then 6 white feather boas attached to the outside. All around the bottom and the top of the arms ( leave a little room at the top so feather don’t get in their mouth while trying to eat candy 😂 my kids) The legs are orange soccer sock over shoes and a white beanie hat. The most expensive part is the boas nicer bigger ones are great but they have smaller ones at the dollar store you’ll just need a few more!
