This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carrie, the 'The GOAT' costume creator:
I got this idea after so many people did not know what the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time) Actually meant. Being Packer fans, we obviously think Aaron Rodgers is the GOAT so I made it literal. I handmade the goat head out of papier-mâché and mix media. My 8 year old son is ecstatic about his unique costume!
