This homemade costume for kids entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cheryl, the 'The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who' costume creator:
My kids favorite holidays are Halloween and Christmas so we decided to combine the two! We of course had to include our little Yorkie, Finn to be the Grinch’s dog, Max! Most of the supplies we got were from thrifting, which was its own fun adventure! The biggest hit was my daughters hair which we created with a water bottle under her hair!
