This homemade costume for men entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Prem, the 'The Incredible Joker' costume creator:
After hearing the tragic backstory of the Joker, Arthur Fleck decided to get decked out for Halloween. Purchased the cayenne red suit, a blue dress shirt with red dots, and made the mustard vest from a t-shirt. Green dyed hair and careful clown face paint. Here's some pics from the Halloween party I went to.:D
