This homemade costume for men entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Trevor, the 'The Invisible Man' costume creator:

I'm am the invisible man, my son is the rubber chicken. My wife is SWAT and my brother inlaw is the Grinch. Made my costume with cardboard, tomoto cages , tape ,and thrift clothes. Sneaked up on the party and played Twilight zone and creeped everyone out. The moon was perfect.

Thrift store trench coat, sewed elbows to side of coat, this is where your arms go. From elbows up stuffed pool noodles. 2 pairs of pants, one with suspenders held shape with tomato cage top. Back of pants cut to put my legs in. Made a sort of fitted backpack with a wire to hold hat, fishing wire to hold glasses. Rest just trial and error, there are tutorials online to give you an idea where to start.
