This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

Hello. This costume was thought of and created by my daughter Hannah Rose. She is 10 years old and in the 4th grade. She loves to use my I Phone and really wishes she had her own so she decided to be one instead. This took us three weeks to complete but it was a lot of fun! Thank you.
