This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jesseca, the 'The Joker' costume creator:
This is Rhyder West my 7yr old daughter wearing her JOKER costume. She loves everything superhero and villain! She even did a joker valentine's day box. We bought the suit, shirt, vest, socks and bang gun off of amazon and had them tailored to her super small size (she has a rare genetic disorder called galactosemia and will be smaller than most for the rest of her life)
