This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jonathan, the 'The Joker' costume creator:
This is me wearing the costume. I grew my hair out for a long 6 inch Mohawk to dye green. Face paint is while and black grease based. Wounds are toilet paper and liquid latex. Iron on patches. For the baseball bat I made my own "barbed wire" out of metallic painted string.
