This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'The Little Engine That Could' costume creator:
My son’s favorite book is the Little Engine That Could so I had to make his dreams come true with a little cardboard and duct tape. I bought blue and yellow cardboard and blue and yellow tape and used the book as a reference. My oldest son is pulling the engine and my youngest is part of the toys that the little blue engine must get to the boys and girls on the other side of the mountain.
