This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chante, the 'The Little Mermaid' costume creator:
This is my daughter JoVanna she is 1 1/2 years old, she is the little mermaid the idea came from off the top of my head and also help from ideas from Pinterest everything was hand made by myself and my granny. I used netting and eyeshadow to do her scales. We chose The Little Mermaid because we love mythical creatures such as mermaids and unicorns. We hope you all love her costume just as much as everyone else did.
