This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brynlee, the 'The Little Mermaid' costume creator:
Brynlee told me “Momma, I want to be a mermaid for Halloween!” I was thinking to myself mermaids can’t walk with a mermaid tail..... So we made her a mermaid throne and decorated a wagon like the ocean with characters off of “The Little Mermaid” by her side!
