This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vanessa, the 'The Little Mermaid' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume and my idea came from the love I have for the movie "The Little Mermaid." I ordered the mermaid skirt on Amazon which was roughly $60 and the purple bra I bought at a costume store. The heels I purchased them at Steve Madden and I believe they were $70. The crown I did if my self with a head band, shells, paint and glue gun.
