This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karri, the 'The Mad Hatter' costume creator:
This is Raphael in another costume I hand sewn for his volunteer work at the elementary school as a Listening Ears dog. I purchased the hat, but added the lace and hat pins. I hand made the waistcoat adding lace and edging to try and make it similar to The Mad Hatters coat.Cost for this outfit around d $50.00.
