The Munsters Costume

I am Lily, my Husband is Herman, our toddler is Eddie and our pup is Marilyn. We felt Marilyn should still be a part of the family photo even with her “condition” (lol). For Lily’s dress, I bought chiffon fabric and a white maxi dress that I then dyed with some Rit color. I sewed the chiffon on for the sleeves and tattered the ends. For my husband, we went to Goodwill to find a suit that fit then cropped the arms and legs as Herman’s suit was always too short. This was honestly a super fun costume that we will remember forever. Growing up (and even now) I loved The Munsters and it brings back great memories.
