This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tori, the 'The Old BINGO Babies' costume creator:
This is my daughter Macy and her best friend Presley! They love old people and also the song BINGO. We decided to mix them together for a cheap costume idea. I took a headband and used fabric glue to make the cotton balls stuck. After that I went to the closet for some elderly attire! I may go and get some PVC pipe for a DIY walker or cane! That’s all I’ll have to pay for! I just too the lens out of their sunglasses as well!
