This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christine, the 'The Peacock' costume creator:
Morgan turned her pony into a peacock. The trickiest part of this homemade costume was having the feathers in the tail stand up straight without using any potentially dangerous sticks or metal that would be harmful in case of 'runaways'.
