The Penguin Costume

My husband is wearing this costume and made the costume himself. He sewed the body suit from a pattern he made himself and added a pillow in the stomach. The coat was purchased from a thrift shop, but the fur lapels were added. My husband made the tuxedo portion with tie by ironing pleats into the fabric and sewing it. He made the facial prosthetic from a cast that he made using gelatin. He glued hair around the inside of the top hat as well. Then his whole face was painted using makeup to give him the white/purple appearance.
