This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rose, the 'The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo' costume creator:
I'm wearing this labor of love. I wanted to make something my friends would recognize from our childhood. I got alotta laughs and requests for pictures. It's made of a ton of cardboard, felt, and spray paint. Took forever but was well worth it!
