This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lynna, the 'The Shining Twins' costume creator:
My daughters (ages 10 and 9) wanted to be scary twins. So, which twins came to mind..The Grady Twins, from The Shining, of course. I bought the dresses from Children's Place for $8 and the socks from Dollartree. I just painted their face a bit and put some fake blood on them.
