This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jeff, the 'The Shower Man' costume creator:
I got the costume idea from my Friend Rodney, who fashioned up the concept in the early 1980's. I took the idea and updated into the 21st century. I added a pump and reservoir of water to make the shower really work. That is me in the get up.
