The Simpsons Costume

We usually do family costumes every year and this year we decided to do costumes from a show my husband and I both watched when we were kids... The Simpsons! I went to Savers to look for clothes Marge, Homer, Lisa, Bart and Maggie wear in the show. I got yellow dye from Amazon to dye my tights and the long sleeved white shirts I got for the characters. I also used bed foams to create the hair for each character and foam board to make the eyes. I spray painted Marge's hair blue and used foam balls strung together to make Marge and Lisa's necklaces. My son found a y-shaped stick to make a slingshot for Bart. The costumes were a hit!
