The Star Wars Gang Costume

The Costumes were all made by hand. Chewie was made from Latch hooked Kanekalon hair, latex casted mask that was hair punched. The legs are made up of floor mats, Stilts, plywood, Stuffing from the craft store, and the feet were sculpted, molded, and then casted in latex foam. Chewies bandolier was made from a mail carrier bag and the strap was made from leather and painted blocks of wood. Stromtrooper was all casted in fiberglass and then painted. Han Solo, Rey and Princess Leia were all cut and Sewn together which really brought the whole group together. The Reactions that we got were incredible, we could walk ten feet without getting stopped by crowds of people wanting to take our pictures and ask us so many questions about how we made our costumes.
