This homemade costume for kids entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.

7-year-old Elsa and 4-year-old Wes channel The White Stripes this Halloween -- what a great way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Jack and Meg's debut album. These costumes were pieced together almost exclusively from the thrift store (other than the wigs), which was fun -- and cheap!
