This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Travis, the 'The Witch and her Broom' costume creator:
I bought a few of hula skirts to cut them up to make the bottom of the broom. Use a construction hard hat. Drill a hole in the top. Use the top of a fishing pole. Mounted into the hole. Place a pipe insulation around the fishing pole. Painted the top of the broomstick. Made a sign that says The Witches Broom.
