This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barbara, the 'The Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
These are my 4 rescued basset hounds. All are Therapy Dogs and work with special needs children. I like to dress them for Halloween for the kids. This year our theme was the Wizard of Oz and we are spreading the word that for a homeless pet there is "No Place like a forever Home. My Mo is the tin Man, Reba is Dorothy, Lola is Glinda and Andy is the lion.
