This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Savannah, the 'The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I dressed up as the grinch and cindy lou who. We got the idea because my nose kind of points up like hers. I got most of the stuff from thrift stores, I bought tulle and made my tutu and sewed fuzzy green fabric to a christmas vest and a pair of pants to make the grinch costume. For my hair I just used a Styrofoam cone n put my hair around it.
