This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

Cami Lee - 23 months
The idea came from her favorite movie...The Little Mermaid
The basic costume was purchased from Old Navy and two real seashells were purchased from Hobby Lobby. I painted them purple and added jewels and super glued them to the top of the costume to get the full mermaid effect.
