This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tracie, the 'The Little Mountain Rescue Dog' costume creator:
My 4 yr old Shihpoo Zoe is wearing this costume. I thought it was funny because she is 9lbs, but constantly acts like she is a much larger dog. Putting her in a barrel collar costume traditionally worn by a large saint Bernard's was sort of fitting. Zoe also does work as a therapy dog and will be sporting this look around facilities for the Halloween season. Hopefully we will make a few folks smile.
