The Littlest Mermaid Cute Costume

This is the homemade little mermaid costume I made for my daughter to wear at 2 months old (1993). She is now a college freshman. Basically used foam sheets, glitter pieces that looked like fish scales (glued each one individually, you can just see them on the picture, couldn't find full body shot), made "wig" from red cotton material I shaped and hair sprayed. All purchased at Michaels craft store. Cost? Let's see, less than $20.
Tip: have lots of patience!
