I got this idea from pinterest. I fell inlove as soon as i saw it. I bought four spools of tulle, the glitter kind For extra magical cuteness, and i tied it into a crochet top which i bought at a craft store for $3, added flowers from floral section of craft store, hot glued, the tierra is a dollar store tierra with poinsetta petals and flowers.ForI
