This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

I am her mother.
I took a red outfit at home and turned it inside out ans painted a white circle ans painted thing 2 on it, i hair sprayed and geled her hair and used temp blue hair dye on her hair, i used black mascara ans red lip stick.
