MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS WEARING A HOME MADE COSTUME WHICH IS THING 1. I got the idea from the cat n the hat....
I bout some red and white tulle
A white hair scrunchy
And made the tutu
I bought some cat n the hat ribbon n made her bows
Bought a red shirt n glues thing one on her shirt
I bought some stripped black n white stockings
I bought her blue hair
And I bought her face paint and painted her face
