This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Teresa, the 'Thomas the Train Conductor' costume creator:
My 3 yr old grandson wanted to be Thomas the train. So to make it we got different shaped cardboard bought from Home Depot. Paper plates, acrylic paint, and a hot glue gun. Total cost about $20.
