A word from Jennifer, the '3 Headed Man' costume creator:
This is my husband, looking thrilled, as the 3-Headed Man. I made this by first bending wire to make a sturdy base to sit on his shoulders. I taped cardboard to the wiring to hold it all in place.I left 3 holes in the top, 2 for the Styrofoam heads and one for your head. I then covered the entire structure with several layers of paper mache. Next, I hot glued fabric over everything to make it more comfortable. You can also use a sheet. I added 2 masks and glued hair to the heads. I also glued googley eyes to each mask. I took 4 large pieces of fabric and glued them all the way around. Leaving top to bottom slits for easy on and off. My husband wanted to add a mask for himself. Total cost for my was less than $5, but I had most of these items already. Heads are about $5 each, wiring maybe $2 worth, hot glue $2, duct tape $3. Masks were $1 each. You can add any accessories you'd like. I added a nose ring and hat.
