This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenica, the 'Thunder Cloud' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume. I was part of a group that all played a part in "Bob Ross' landscape." I programmed 2 strands of LED lights on the cloud to flicker lightning. There was a sound box inside that played Thunder and Lightning noises. My skirt had large raindrops all coming down from it.
