This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bionca, the 'ThunderCats Cheetara' costume creator:
I am wearing Cheetara from Thundercats I loved that cartoon when I was little.
I made the logo from felt sheets using an exacto knife to cut design.
I hand sewn the arm to the leotard and hand made the orange cuff as well.
Also hand made the boot cover. Leotard n golden leggings from welovecolors.com
