This is Brooks Rains dressed as Joe Exotic, aka Tiger King. 2020 has been the worst year of our lives, from Covid to losing my mother unexpectedly. But we wanted Halloween to be extra special and what better way than with a mullet, sequin jacket and gold chain? Thanks Joe for keeping us laughing this year! 🐅🤴
