Do you have some kind of tutorial on how you made the costume? Ie what kind of shirt you bought to make the sailor outfit and how you did the collar?

Yea it looks like she's really struggling to get away good call

We got everything from thrift shops, made the collar from cutting a collar off another shirt and using fabric paint

If you have read the story, you would know better than to say he molested her. Lmao. Yes, it was a random kiss from a stranger, but he came home to American soil. And from interviews, she was not tramatized from it. Lol. Awesome costume!
