This store bought costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenny, the 'TMNT Dogs' costume creator:
This is Bill and Wayne they are brothers and helpers of the neighborhood. Bill is the pup on the left he is a cockapoo that is full on energy and always on the look out to make his house safe. Wayne is a mini schnauzer always looking for someone to snuggle with. I knew this would be a great idea because they love to play together and help others out.
