This homemade costume for men entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Steven, the 'Toad from Mario Party' costume creator:
I put together items to create Toad from the Nintendo 64 video game, Mario Kart. Besides the actual costume I rode a working go cart with 3 balloons attached to match the battle royal mini game. Attached behind the go cart was a stream of banana peels to further match the game.
