This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

Daughter Molly is wearing an LED-lighted, winged, Toothless Costume from "How to Train your Dragon". Made from PVC tubing, plywood, Cut-up Rain-X bottle, LED Lights and LED Strips with a Wireless Controller for the lights. The Dragon Head is spring-hinged so it bobs up and down and the wings are opened by pulling parachute cords
