This homemade costume for kids entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Tornado and Weatherman' costume creator:
I made my son a tornado costume, complete with a storm cloud hat with flashing lights (lightening) and shoes covered with AstroTurf, animals, a farmer, a tree, a house and witch legs. I sewed a barn to the leg of his pants to look like it was being sucked up in to the tornado. My youngest son was a weatherman.
