Tow Mater Costume

My son Tanner (12 yrs old) the tractor and Summer (his horse)is Tow Mater. Tanner and Summer's costumes are made out of painted washing machine and refrigerator boxes and lots of duct tape. Tow Mater/Summer has battery operated working lights for his headlights and orange swirling tow light. This was a huge and heavy costume. We weren't sure how she would feel about it. We don't try them on her when we make them. We put it on at the last minute. I wanted my son to cancel (from his costume class) as there was a storm brewing. He led her out of the stall to check out the costume and she bit it and started shaking it around. My son replied "she"s good to go". His horse is young, inexperienced and was rescued from being slaughtered for dog food. She loves him and will do about anything he asks of her.
