Tow Mater Costume

This TowMater costume was designed around our 6 year old son Harlan’s wheelchair/stroller. He is special needs and can’t walk, talk, or hear. It’s made out of 1/2” PVC pipe and 1” foam. It has LED headlights, taillights and popper on top. As well as a lights strip underneath along the frame that changes 16 different colors and is all powered by a 12v motorcycle battery and toggle switches. It mounts directly to his chair and he sets down inside of it as I push him around. It also has a small wood bed in the rear with glow in the dark wiggly eyes on the front windshield which is plexiglass. This idea came from a friend of mine who has built these for his son the past 2 years. So this year we teamed up to do a Cars theme with our boys
