This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lacie, the 'Toy Mobile' costume creator:
My daughter, Ciarra uses a power wheelchair to get around, shes one silly outgoing 10year old with a firm mindset! We looked online for hours to find just the right costume to build around her chair..finally, one thing we hadn't yet seen, a toy "vending" machine! We made several stops to find big ol' boxes, poster board, paint tape..lots of tape! Marshmellow roasting sticks came in handy for support inside the box. Different tapes were necessary, let me tell ya!! All in all the cost was around $30.00! Not a pricey creation, just maybe a few sleepless nights because I got so into it!
