This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Eryn, the 'Toy Soldiers' costume creator:
My family wore the costumes together, it was my parents idea. We bought old bdus, combat boots, and accesories from army surplus stores, got the hats from a toy store, and made the stands with cardboard then painted everything with green spraypainted to make it shiny. Overall it cost approx. $100 per costume.
