This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Toy Story's Woody and Bo Peep' costume creator:
We love the Toy Story movies.
Woody's costume: yellow collared shirt, red lines drawn with a Sharpie paint pen, white fabric cut into a vest, black paint pen used for cow spots. Holster and badge made from construction paper.
Bo Peep: fabric fashioned, wood pole from craft store, rounded top is half of a Styrofoam wreath, spray painted. Hat is paper plate wrapped in fabric.
